Relationship counselling for couples and individuals

Picture
I am a qualified relationship therapist, I hold a certificate in couples counselling, which is  weighted with 120 professional practice hours with Relationship Scotland.

I have been working with couples since 2015. I enjoyed the dynamic of the work so much, that in April 2019 I made the decision to gain more specialised training with Relationship Scotland (Scotland's largest provider of relationship counselling, our equivalent of Relate.

Relationship counselling is for individuals or couples that are looking for help to explore their intimate relationships.  A safe, non judgemental space where you can explore your options, be that to stay together or to part.

Relationship counselling is for individuals or couples - married, living together or apart, in opposite or same sex relationships.

Relationship counselling can be helpful if communication becomes difficult or breaks down.
This may be:

- because of an affair
- after a bereavement or major life change
- because of a sexual problem
- as a result of repeated rows or misunderstandings

Relationship counselling can also help parents cope better with difficulties which are impacting on their children.
