I believe counselling can help everyone.

No matter what you are struggling with counselling will provide a safe, non-judgemental, place for you to work through things at your own pace.

Sometimes it can be hard to talk to family and friends because you don't want them to worry about you or change their opinion of you.

Unfortunately some see counselling as a last resort and that you need to work things out yourself.  That is not true, it is ok to try counselling at any point and in fact counselling before crisis point can be really helpful - it might keep things from getting worse.

I never thought counselling would work for me, Sandra made it easy for me to speak about my worries.  She was very professional but I felt she was really interested in me as a person.  I'm much happier after only 3 sessions, can't believe the difference it made.
